Baselayout-2 Plans for Stabilization

The first release condidate for the 2.0 branch of baselayout has been added to the tree without any keywords and in package.mask.

As with many developers, Christian was looking for something more customizable than the other Linux flavors and basically stumbled upon Gentoo.
